Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and develop data driven solutions.
Lead data initiatives from inception to execution, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover actionable insights, identify trends, and inform strategic decision making.
Develop and maintain comprehensive, user-friendly reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs and track business performance.
Proactively monitor business metrics and provide real-time insights to optimize operations and identify opportunities.
Suggest ideas based on data for business growth and ways to improve efficiency
Proven analytical expertise: Minimum 2 years of experience in data, business, or product analysis – a must
Technical proficiency: Strong SQL skills, proficiency in visualization tools (Looker, Tableau). Knowledge of data warehouse concepts and cloud systems.
Data driven mindset: Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Business acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and strategic thinking.
Communication excellence: Effective communication and presentation skills to diverse audiences.

Experience in A/B testing concepts, tooling, and methodologies
Experienced with MPP columnar databases like Bigquery/Snowflake/Redshift or similar
