Cross-domain impact – Analyze product performance and user behavior across multiple teams to drive business growth and user experience improvements
Problem solving – Tackle unique analytical challenges that don't exist elsewhere in the industry
AI-enhanced infrastructure – Build analytical and semantic layers that support both human analysts and AI agents for scalable insights generation
Strategic storytelling – Create analyses & dashboards, present actionable recommendations to stakeholders through clear data narratives

Experience with A/B testing – Methodology and running
5+ years of experience as a Product/Data analyst with proven business impact
Hands on experience with SQL including building complex queries & ETL logics- Must
Expert in working with Big data tools (Snowflake advantage)
Expert with data discovery and visualisation tools – Must (Tableau advantage)
Experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) for analysis workflows and day to day work
Hands-on experience with python – advantage.
BA/B.Sc. in industrial/information systems engineering, computer science, statistics or equivalent
