We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy individual to join our expanding product marketing team. You will play a key role in driving product adoption and retention. Working closely with our product and sales teams, you will have the opportunity to shape the positioning and messaging of our products, ensuring they resonate with our target audience. Being a part of our team will allow you to become an authority on our AI-powered platform, gaining in-depth knowledge of the IT landscape and understanding the unique needs and challenges faced by IT professionals. You will be responsible for managing feature launches, as well as taking ownership of content creation and sales enablement material.
Responsibilities:
Effectively communicate value propositions through various channels, such as in-product guided walkthroughs, emails, presentations, and more.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of upcoming features and strategically plan and execute feature launch strategies.
Develop compelling content to support the sales team throughout the entire sales cycle, including positioning, messaging, and product collateral.
Utilize Appcues and similar product engagement tools to implement in-product flows that drive feature adoption and improve customer retention.
Work alongside our marketing team to develop and implement integrated marketing programs that enhance market awareness and drive sales growth.
Serve as the voice of our company by ensuring accurate product representation in broader marketing initiatives and supporting the marketing team.
Conduct research and feedback surveys to gain insights into how customers perceive the value of new capabilities.

+4 or more years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS company.
Strong organizational skills and can manage multiple projects and tasks at once, with changing and evolving responsibilities.
Experience with customer engagement or onboarding tools- an advantage.
Good analytical skills- an advantage.
Content creation: You have proven experience in content creation such as presentations, datasheets, and customer stories. Good copywriting skills to distill complex concepts into clear, concise language and business values.
