Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key enterprise clients in the eCommerce industry
Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations
Facilitate effective onboarding processes for new enterprise clients, ensuring a seamless transition and understanding of our products
Track and report on key account metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts
Work closely with internal teams to develop and implement account plans aligned with overall company goals
Use CRM software to maintain accurate and up-to-date account information.

Requirements:
3+ years experience in a client-facing role in a SaaS B2B company
You speak and write fluently in English and are able to explain complex topics clearly and concisely, as well as adjust your tone depending on your audience
Youre good at building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
Youre results-driven and have a strategic mindset
Youre a problem-solver, independent and agile
Youre tech-savvy with a keen interest in staying up-to-date on the latest technologies and industry trends
Youre comfortable working in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment
eCommerce background and/or experience working with eCommerce brands – a big advantage.
