You will
Create and maintain marketing reporting, including funnel (MQLs -> SQLs), top-of-the-funnel pipeline forecasting, productivity and performance of the team, and different channels (outbound, inbound, conferences, and more).
Create and maintain sales reporting, including funnel (SQLs -> SAOs -> Won/Loss), pipeline forecasting, productivity, and sales team performance.
Assisting in sales funnel management and optimizations.
Contribute to forecasting analysis and visualization across the GTM teams.
Participating in the evaluation and enhancement of marketing and sales productivity.
Create automation across marketing and sales signals.
Be in charge of the company's main dashboards and maintain them.
Generate insights on the marketing leads and channels that work the best, and double down on them, including ongoing fine-tuning of the targeting and personas.
Extract insights from the relevant sales opportunities and deals won, and feed the marketing and product team with the learning so we can get more of these.
5-7 years of experience as a RevOps in a SAAS company selling to mid-market / enterprise.
Experience with SalesForce and Hubspot – must
Data and Excel wizard.
Knowing SQL query language is a big plus.
Familiarity with the Marketing and Sales Operations process from lead to opportunity origination to closure
Ability to manage own time effectively.
Effective working on an international and cross-functional team
