This is an important management role and is a Full-Time position based in the Belgian embassy in Ramat Gan with an opportunity to work independently in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Problem Analysis
– Analyze and clarify client inquiries to gather insights and provide tailored services or referrals.

2. Information & Advice
– Provide accurate information, advice, and guidance to clients.

3. Organizing Actions
– Coordinate individual and group initiatives to support Flemish
– companies and attract investments.
Examples of activities:
– Guiding companies during prospecting trips
-Preparing and evaluating FIT and third-party actions
4. Expertise & Networking
– Maintain and share expertise to enhance service quality.
– Examples of activities:
– Building networks and identifying referral partners
– Collaborating with diplomatic and economic partners
– Participating in internal meetings and study events
5.Office Management
– Ensure smooth daily operations of the office.
– Activities include:
– Coaching staff and managing performance (where applicable)
– Overseeing accounting, infrastructure, planning, and budgeting
– Coordinating with headquarters
6. Reporting
– Collect and analyze data for official reporting and policy input.
– Activities include:
– Maintaining databases and CRM entries
– Masters degree (or Bachelors with 3+ years at FIT)
– In-depth knowledge of FITs mission
– Fluent in Hebrew and English
– Proficient in standard IT tools
– 4+ years of experience in an international commercial setting
Assets
– Dutch language skills (or commitment to learn within a year)
– Familiarity with Dynamics CRM
– Strong knowledge of Flemish and international business actors
