Craft and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, signups, and product engagement.
Take ownership of campaign budgets and performance, optimizing for ROI and aligning spend with pipeline impact.
Collaborate closely with Product to position Connect in a way that resonates with technical audiences.
Identify and activate growth hacking opportunitiesfrom building influencer relationships to participating in online developer and health tech communities that align with our target personas.
Support and grow presence in local communities and relevant in-person events, including Tel Aviv meetups, digital health gatherings, and tech-forward healthcare innovation forums.
Lead and iterate on our SEO and LLM SEO strategy, optimizing content for both traditional search and AI-driven discovery engines.
Be customer-facinglead first-touch qualification calls with technical stakeholders to understand their needs and route them through the right onboarding path.
Analyze funnel metrics, iterate quickly, and report on insights that drive smarter decisions.
36 years of experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing, ideally in a PLG or developer-focused environment.
Strong understanding of CRM and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo), and a track record of building effective outbound and nurture campaigns.
Comfortable engaging directly with technical buyersyou know how to talk to product managers, engineers, and CTOs.
Hands-on, data-driven, and proactiveyoure energized by solving real problems and scaling what works.
Experience working in or with fast-moving product organizations that prioritize iteration, experimentation, and customer impact.
