Mentor engineers as they enter a new domain

Requirements:
Your Experience:
5-7 years in software development, including 3-5 years as an R&D Team Leader
Strong frontend development skills specially with React
Experience with cloud environments, CI/CD, and monitoring tools
Background in quality assurance and automation
Nice to Have:
Java Spring Boot & AWS experience
Experience building high-scale, cross-team solutions
Your Experience:
