We're looking for a skilled and driven team leader to manage our ATE system and integration engineers. This role involves leading development of radar card-level testers, tools for our production line and anechoic chambers support, while working closely with radar system engineers. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor a team of ATE system and integration engineers
* Develop ATE and calibration tools for radar systems
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
* Ensure timely delivery of high-quality ATE solutions to support production needs

Requirements:
* B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering Advantage
* Proven experience managing a team of 3 or more engineers for at least 5 years
* Strong technical problem-solving and integration skills
* Hands-on experience in leading multidisciplinary projects
* Practical experience working with RF TEST equipment and ATE systems
* Team player with excellent interpersonal skills The position is based in Netanya, with occasional travel required to the production facility in Beit She'an
