The Director of IT Infrastructure is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and management of the organization's Global IT infrastructure strategy. This includes overseeing data centers, cloud services, networks, servers, Storage, disaster recovery, and enterprise systems. The role ensures high availability, scalability, security, and performance of infrastructure services to support business operations and growth. Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for IT infrastructure aligned with business objectives.
* Lead infrastructure modernization initiatives including cloud migration, automation, and virtualization.
* Manage and optimize enterprise-wide network architecture, data centers, and cloud environments.
* Ensure robust cybersecurity measures are integrated into infrastructure design and operations.
* Oversee disaster recovery planning, business continuity, and high availability systems.
* Collaborate with application, security, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and performance.
