In this role you'll
Lead the product strategy and development efforts in one of main business domains, focusing on optimizing user experiences and driving product scalability
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, data analysis, and other stakeholders to define product goals and priorities
Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, and translate them into actionable plans and prototypes
Drive the execution of product initiatives, ensuring alignment across other product teams within the organization
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of initiatives and make data-driven decisions to optimize them
At least 5 years experience working as a product manager in a fast-growing company / successful startup – a must
Excellent leadership and personal skills
Self-organized, process-driven
Superior attention to detail, coupled with a keen eye for the big picture
Capable of understanding complex processes, and identifying areas calling for improvement
Data-driven and analytical thinker
Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to stakeholders

Ability to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a week
