In this role you'll:
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and reconciliations.
Prepare and record journal entries as well as maintain accounting schedules for month-end and year-end close (including accruals, payroll, depreciation, and prepaids).
Oversee statutory filings such as VAT, withholding tax, and social security.
Ensure the accuracy of financial statements (P&L and Balance Sheet).
Support implementation and optimization of ERP systems and financial workflows.
Work closely with internal stakeholders and external auditors to ensure smooth audits and accurate reporting.
Identify opportunities for automation and improved reporting processes.
Assist with ad-hoc financial projects and analysis.
Certified Bookkeeper Type 3, required.
10+ years of bookkeeping experience, including global and multi-currency environments.
Solid understanding of payroll processes and local tax regulations (VAT, social security, withholding, etc.).
Full-cycle bookkeeping experience: AP, AR, reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, accounting schedules and journal entries.
Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical and organizational skills.
Fluent in Hebrew and English (written and spoken).
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
Experience with Workday, SAP, Hashavit, or similar systems, plus background in tech/public companies or additional languages, a plus.
Ability to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a week.
