We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer
What Youll Do
Design, develop, and maintain advanced automated testing frameworks for backend and UI.
Build and execute automated test suites using Playwright, with strong focus on backend validation.
Write and maintain comprehensive System Test Plans and related documentation.
Test APIs (REST/GraphQL), including authentication flows, pagination, and complex data validation.
Implement service isolation using mocks and containerized environments (Docker).
Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to define test strategies and ensure high quality.
Support CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated tests into the delivery process.
Perform manual testing when needed, including exploratory, regression, and edge-case analysis.

Requirements:
You Should Have
4+ years of QA automation experience, with emphasis on backend testing.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with Playwright for UI automation.
Experience working with mocks and service isolation.
Expertise in API testing (REST/GraphQL).
Strong database skills, preferably MongoDB.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes.
Experience with Docker and containerized test environments.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Proven ability to create and maintain test documentation.
Nice to Have
Solid understanding of microservices architecture.
Experience with contract testing (e.g., Pact, schema diff).
Familiarity with monitoring/observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry).
Experience with visual regression testing tools such as Percy.
