1+ years of experience in project management or business operations
Must have experience in AdTech or programmatic performance marketing
Proven ability to manage cross-team initiatives
Strong organizational and communication skills
Fluent English written and verbal
Tech-savvy, proactive, and detail-oriented
Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
