Were looking for an Internal Communications Specialist to join us and spread the power of our company. In this role, you will ensure our employees stay informed and aligned with our business objectives, events, and culture. You will partner with the Tel Aviv HR and Operations teams to meet all regional communications needs while reporting to the Internal Communications Manager to ensure global strategy alignment.
WHAT YOULL DO
Support Israel communications, ensuring all deliverables are in line with the overall our company voice, strategy, and culture.
Own the maintenance of our regional Israel employee portal, connecting with relevant stakeholders to collect and curate informative and timely content.
Act as a communications business partner and project coordinator to select departments, joining cadence calls, tracking departmental communications, and driving updates to relevant audiences as needed.
Help the HR team to create communications plans that relay important employee information and updates.
Help the Employee Experience team to create communications plans that include both internal and external audiences.

Requirements:
2+ years of relevant experience in providing successful internal communications.
Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, or a content-focused program.
Exceptionally strong Hebrew and English writing and editing skills, with a focus on clarity and conciseness.
The ability to adapt writing tone and voice to the needs of any specific project.
Experience working in a start-up or fast-paced global working environment, working with multiple regions and priorities.
Ability to be innovative, adaptable, and to thrive under pressure.
2+ years of relevant experience in providing successful internal communications.
