We are looking for a talented Indirect Procurement Buyer to join our Indirect Procurement team at SodaStream HQ in Kfar Saba.
In this role, you will develop and implement procurement strategies across multiple indirect categories such as IT, Marketing, and Campus Services. You will analyze market trends, identify cost-saving opportunities, and build strong, value-driven relationships with suppliers to ensure compliance and foster innovation.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders from different departments and regions to align procurement activities with business needs, while leading sourcing initiatives, managing RFPs/RFQs, and negotiating contracts to secure the best terms and results.
Requirements:
Passion and enthusiasm for the procurement profession mandatory
BA degree mandatory (preferably in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management)
Minimum 2 years of procurement experience (experience in indirect procurement within a multinational company preferred)
Strong understanding of procurement processes and sourcing methodologies
Proven negotiation and contract management skills
Strong analytical and communication abilities
Full proficiency in English must
Excellent stakeholder management and teamwork skills with a proactive, can-do attitude
