Key Responsibilities:
– Lead the full marketing strategy and execution for Israel, including brand positioning, campaigns, GTM plans, and budget management.
– Own the brands performance and reputation in the Israeli market, ensuring consistent and impactful communication across all channels.
4+ years of experience in brand or marketing leadership within fintech, trading, financial or other b2c industries, or within top-tier marketing agencies.
– Proven track record in scaling brands in competitive markets.
– Strong understanding of the Israeli financial or advertising ecosystem, including media, partners, and compliance aspects.
– Performance- and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to balance creative brand-building and data -driven growth.
– Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
– Hands-on experience managing budgets, campaigns, and cross-functional teams.
