Responsibilities
Own and evolve foundational backend APIs that power product delivery and platform extensibility.
Define and continuously improve SaaS offering, including onboarding experience, value proposition, and packaging of infrastructure capabilities.
Drive upgrade lifecycle standards, tooling, and cross-platform compatibility to enable smooth upgrades for all client types.
Externalize system health and performance signals via APIs and tooling for both Ops and bank partners.
Partner with data, operations and Professional Services to ensure seamless integration between data ingestion, enrichment, and core platform services.
Support internal delivery and enablement teams with standardized documentation, sample configurations, and reusable deployment tooling.
35 years experience in product management, ideally in SaaS platform, infrastructure, or backend/API-focused roles Must
Experience working in B2B, B2B2C, or fintech Must
Deep understanding of modern cloud architectures, deployment standards, and API design
Proven track record of defining and delivering backend product capabilities (APIs, upgrade tooling, deployment models, etc.)
Experience collaborating across R&D, delivery, customer success, and operations teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
