The team leader will oversee complex projects, manage the team members, and ensure the stability, availability, and high performance of the organizations critical systems.
Professional and personal management of an experienced system administrators team.
Full responsibility for planning, deployment, maintenance, and monitoring of server infrastructures (Windows and Linux ).
Managing complex virtualization environments based on VMware.
Responsibility for the infrastructure NOC (Network Operations Center).
Leading cross-organizational technological infrastructure projects, from initiation to implementation.
Ensuring infrastructure information security and addressing cyber-related challenges.
Writing procedures, technical documentation, and work plans. Requirements:
Relevant academic background.
At least 8 years of experience as a system administrator in a large enterprise environment.
At least 3 years of managerial experience as a system team leader.
Expertise in VMware virtualization environments (vSphere, vCenter).
In-depth familiarity with DevOps infrastructures and methodologies. Location: Rehovot, Israel
