Responsibilities
Lead a team developing embedded software driving chipset (drivers, middleware and application layer)
Collaborate with Product, System architecture and Hardware groups to deliver quality system solutions
Define and execute project goals, milestones and timelines
Mentor team members, review code, and ensure embedded SW development best practices and compliance with industry standards

Requirements:
B.Sc. in Computer Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Computer Science
7+ years of experience in embedded software development on RTOS / bare-metal
2+ years of experience in leading engineers or owning major SW components
Strong C/C++ programming skills
Experience with HW/SW interface development and debug
System-level thinking: ability to structure, design, and document maintainable systems
Self driven, fast learner, ability to work independently and drive tasks end to end
Strong communication skills ability to collaborate cross-functionally and "sell" ideas internally
Comfortable working in a fast & dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Automotive certification processes
Experience with Linux development
Experience with Logic / protocol analyzers usage
