As the Engineering Team Lead, you will:
Lead and expand a growing team of backend and frontend engineers.
Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to shape the teams roadmap, balancing both product goals and engineering priorities.
Lead by example, driving continuous improvement and optimization of our core application infrastructure.
Design and architect long-term technical solutions that deliver a significant impact on both our wide platform and customers.
Own a critical, high-load system at the heart of operations combining advanced AI capabilities with exceptional speed and efficiency.

Requirements:
An experienced team leader (3+ years managing people) with a hands-on approach.
A software developer with 8+ years of industry experience, focusing on large-scale, cloud-based technologies.
Proficiency in Java and Spring framework.
Experience with user-facing products and UI development (advantage).
Experience with ElasticSearch or OpenSearch (advantage).
Experience with relational databases (advantage).
Experience with queue systems like SQS or Kafka (advantage).
Holding a degree in computer science or a similar field (preferred).
