We are looking for a Priority Developer and Integration Specialist to join the MIS department. This role combines hands-on Priority ERP development with innovative AI-driven projects, supporting the BA teams roadmap and internal system integrations. You will be responsible for delivering impactful Priority ERP and AI solutions, ensuring architectural alignment, supporting business needs, and driving processes automation.

About the BA Team:
The BA (Business Applications) team is the strategic execution arm of our MIS department, responsible for delivering, maintaining, and optimizing the companys internal business applications. The team ensures robust architecture, platform reliability (supported by the Embedded QA function), and effective enablement across the organization. BA leads initiatives spanning Priority ERP, salesforce, automation, AI, and other business-critical platforms, aligning technology solutions with business processes and product goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, customize, and maintain Priority ERP solutions.
* Translate business needs into AI-driven solutions.
* Lead AI-focused initiatives within MIS, identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to collect, challenge, and translate requirements into actionable technical solutions.
* Measure impact: define KPIs at the outset (time saved, quality improvements, throughput, ROI) and report outcomes to stakeholders.
* Ensure ERP and AI development aligns with internal MIS architecture, QA, and governance standards.
* Monitor ERP and AI trends, proposing innovations to enhance business processes.
* Contribute to backlog management, sprint planning, and continuous improvement efforts.

* Process-oriented mindset with the ability to understand, optimize, and streamline end-to-end workflows to enhance overall efficiency.
* Strong collaboration and communication skills with business stakeholders, in English and Hebrew.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with AI tools and platforms, such as n8n, GPT Agents, and AI-based integration systems – Big advantage.
