You are comfortable with ambiguity and capable of maintaining attention to detail while also understanding the broader context. You excel at communicating and explaining professional terminology to individuals outside of the mental health professions.
How will you contribute?
As a Clinical Expert, you will utilize your clinical expertise to produce high-quality data and prompts for our data science team, ensuring our AI models are clinically sound and effective. Additionally, you will be responsible for tagging data and validating the performance of these models to ensure accuracy and reliability. Your work will guarantee that our users receive a product that is tailored to the needs of a clinician. You will play a key role in the work of our data science team and directly impact our users' experience.
Active clinical license (e.g., Psychologist, Social Worker) in Israel.
Minimum of 3 years of clinical practice experience.
Native-level fluency in English (both written and spoken).
Strong understanding of mental health conditions, assessment, and treatment.
Tech-savviness and a strong interest in the intersection of technology and mental health.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with AI platforms and prompt engineering is a plus
