As the Architects Team Lead, youll manage and mentor a highly skilled team, set the architectural vision, and drive the design of our next-gen Firewall-as-a-Service and Zero Trust solutions. You'll collaborate closely with engineering leadership, product, and other tech leads to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of software architects.
Own the architectural roadmap and ensure alignment with business and R&D strategy.
Guide hands-on design, POCs, and critical architecture decisions.
Partner with R&D leadership on planning, innovation, and execution.
Promote engineering excellence, security, and scalability best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional groups to ensure architectural consistency across the org.

B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent.
5+ years leading software architects or principal engineers.
Deep hands-on knowledge of system architecture and design patterns.
Expertise in AWS (GCP/Azure- advantage).
Background in networking: TCP/IP, HTTP, VPNs, and cloud networks- advantage.
Proven experience in designing scalable microservice-based systems.
Background in full-stack delivery: backend/frontend/DB.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Strong communication skills, both technical and interpersonal.
Excellent English – written and spoken.
