You will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues in our Mobility systems. You'll work with cutting-edge railway technology and contribute to keeping mobility solutions running smoothly.

Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software faults
Perform root cause analysis on system failures
Create detailed fault reports and documentation
Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams
Support on-site and remote troubleshooting activities
Maintain accurate records of faults and resolutions
Provide technical guidance to junior technicians
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Required Qualifications:
Technician or Engineering diploma (Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics)
3+ years of experience in fault finding or troubleshooting
Strong knowledge of railway systems, signaling, or mobility technology
Proficiency with diagnostic tools and test equipment
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Fluent in Hebrew and English
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with our systems or PLC programming
Knowledge of railway safety standards (TSI, EN standards)
Certification in electrical safety or relevant technical field
Experience with SCADA or control systems.
