We're looking for a sharp, performance-driven, and creative Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy and execution for yad1 – the platform for new real estate developments.
What You will be doing?
– Own the end-to-end marketing strategy for yad1 across B2C audiences
– Lead a performance-oriented operation focused on delivering high-quality leads to our customers
– Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, offline, CRM)
– Analyze user behavior, funnels, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities
– Drive product–marketing alignment – define positioning, messaging, value propositions and go-to-market plans
– Evaluate and shape creative concepts while ensuring high-quality execution
– Develop user journeys, generate insights and optimize the customer experience
– Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align business goals
– Lead retention, monetization, and engagement initiatives
– Manage agencies, budgets, and performance metrics with full accountability
– Conduct market research, map competitive landscapes, and identify strategic growth opportunities
