We are looking for a Senior SW Developer to join our Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) software team. In this role, you will work on defining, developing and debugging the BLE stack for TIs wireless MCU products targeted at Automotive and Industrial markets. You'll implement BLE features and examples for both the BLE host layer and the BLE Controller layer, ensure compliance with BT SIG specifications, optimize memory footprint and power consumption, collaborate with hardware/RF teams, and mentor junior members in the team. This position requires proven embedded software development experience and may involve international travel for customer support.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
Minimum 5 years of hands-on work experience in developing RT Embedded SW and communication protocols
Proficiency in Embedded Systems and developing RT SW for MCUs running RTOS
Proven work experience in analyzing and optimizing code for memory footprint and power consumption
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details, in debugging complex firmware and RT issues
Proven work experience with capturing and analyzing sniffer logs
Deep understanding of embedded system constraints and system performance
