Operational Excellence

Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and R&D, as well as PS Delivery and IR teams.

Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on penetration testing experience (Web, Mobile, API, Cloud).
Experience leading, mentoring, and guiding technical teams.
Strong experience participating in pre-sales and technical scoping with Sales and Account Managers.
Customer-centric mindset, with proven ability to communicate clearly and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Deep understanding of offensive methodologies (OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK, cloud security).
A relationship-oriented leader with strong influencing skills – able to build trust, collaborate across global teams, and drive progress without formal authority.
Experience working with distributed global teams and time-zone-based workflows.
Certifications such as OSCP, OSEP, OSWE, GXPN, CRTE – an advantage.
Fluent English (spoken and written).
