As a Content Specialist, you will sit at the intersection of Product, Content, and Automation. You will act as a domain expert for sports content inside the Product organization, shaping how our tools create, evaluate, and scale sports highlights across platforms.
What youll do:
Research and analyze sports content in market trends and what is created by our key customers in various mediums such as Social, Digital & TV to find new opportunities
Be the editor voice and help our teams to understand better the tools, the methodologies and the content standards. For example: audio-transitions, video cuts, overlays, graphics, etc.
Define standards for short, medium and long form content for any type of platform and build automation for it
Research our current storylines and come up with creative ways to implement improvements into our automation
Continually review our created content, help our team to improve our platform and set higher standards for our automation
Proactively drive complex cross-department projects forward, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Content teams to deliver quality outcomes.

Requirements:
Love for sport, content editing and data
3+ years of content experience in sport content, product content or related fields
Proven work experience as a video editor and/or content manager in general and specifically in creating sports highlights
Storytelling skills, creative mind and experience in building storylines for sports highlights
Ability to analyze data and extract insights out of it
Proven project management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional teams
Passion for building scalable content solutions rather than one-off creative outputs
Great interpersonal skills, a true team player with a can-do approach, great communication skills and ability to work in a super challenging and dynamic startup environment
Proficient verbal and written English
Bonus Points:
Practical knowledge with monetization, digital marketing and advertising technologies
Experience working closely with Product Managers and Engineers
Previous experience in a sports data/analytics company is an advantage
Previous experience in a startup is an advantage
Experience working with multiple editing platforms and suites such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Mobile editing platforms etc.
Bachelors degree in film, creative writing, communications. MBA or advanced degree.
