As the technical owner for our domain, you will architect the backend systems that power global onboarding and complex regulatory flows. You will design highly scalable, secure microservices that streamline KYC processes and ensure seamless compliance across hundreds of jurisdictions. Your work will focus on integrating AI and machine learning to automate identity verification, detect fraudulent onboarding patterns, and eliminate friction in the customer journey. By driving the technical vision for our onboarding engine, you will directly enable our companys global expansion while upholding the highest standards of financial integrity.

7+ years in backend software engineering roles, with experience in technical leadership and strategy development across teams.
Expertise in C#, Java, or similar object-oriented programming languages.
Advanced SQL skills and solid experience with database management systems.
In-depth understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
Proficiency in microservices architecture and building scalable systems.
Proven ability to solve novel and complex problems, particularly in scenarios requiring architectural innovation.

BA/BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience (e.g., military technology units like 8200).
