We are looking for a Total Rewards Analyst to join our Global Total Rewards team on a temporary maternity cover basis, supporting Israel.
This role will focus on the analysis, administration, and delivery of compensation and benefits programs locally, while partnering closely with the global Total Rewards team. You will play a key role in ensuring programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned to business needs, operating within a Follow the Sun global model.
What you'll do:
Act as a key point of contact for Total Rewards in Israel, supporting hiring and retention needs through data-driven insights
Support compensation cycles (salary reviews, STI, LTI), including data preparation, validation, and analysis
Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to provide guidance on compensation decisions and market positioning
Conduct job matching and salary benchmarking using external survey data; support annual survey submission and analysis
Maintain and update compensation and benefits data, ensuring accuracy and integrity across systems
Support the design, review, and administration of benefits programs in Israel, including renewals and employee communications
Maintain documentation and tracking of benefits, allowances, and recognition programs
Monitor trends and provide insights on compensation and benefits effectiveness, risks, and opportunities
Ensure alignment with local regulations and market practices in Israel
Collaborate with the global Total Rewards team to ensure consistent execution of global programs locally.

Requirements:
~3-5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards
Strong understanding of core compensation and benefits principles
Experience working with market data, benchmarking, and job matching
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly to stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Proficiency in Excel and MS Office tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
Comfortable working across time zones with some flexibility in working hours
Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
