What you will be responsible for:
* Support the organizations needs regarding all business applications to ensure that each team member has the tools they need to do their job successfully (with a high focus on salesforce )
* Develop a strong understanding of all current tools being used and their specific implementation in the company
* Become an expert in the companys salesforce implementation and analyze opportunities for improvement
* Configure and customize salesforce applications to meet specific business needs.
* Assist with prioritization and delegation of tasks to the team
* Design and implement complex salesforce workflows, processes, and reports, navigating and connecting various custom objects and 3rd-party system integrations.
* Provide guidance and support for salesforce integrations with third-party applications.
* Oversee salesforce training and the development of documentation including system architecture, user guides, and training materials.
* Collaborate with company leadership to understand business needs and ensure that tech stack is reflecting these requirements while maximizing for efficiency
* Develop timelines for expected delivery and regularly communicate with stakeholders to set expectations and analyze priorities
* Ensure CRM data is clean, identifying needs for new automations or validations to prevent data gaps
* Work closely with data Analyst team to provide guidance on CRM structure to enable accurate reporting
* Identify opportunities for new solutions and integrations

* Excellent English and strong Hebrew skills
* 5+ years experience in Business Applications Manager/Solutions Architect/ salesforce Manager or similar role
* 5+ years salesforce -related role
* 3+ years experience in a SaaS environment in a role/department related to the customer journey (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, etc.)
* Hands-on experience with automation/integration tools (Workato, n8n, Make/Integromat) – strong advantage.
* Experience with REST API and managing 3rd-party integ
