We are looking for an experienced TPM – Technical Project Manager to join our Digital Team to lead complex, cross-functional projects while driving product development and delivery. This role requires a deep technical understanding, strong program management capabilities, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable development plans.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in technical project management and/or product ownership roles.
Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects in an Agile environment.
Large experience in E2E project management including develop of schedules, budget management and resource allocation.
Strong technical background with knowledge of software development processes (SDLC) and tools.
Expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and program management tools (Jira, Confluence).
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills.
Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Past experience as a software Developer is a big advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
