We are looking for HSE Manager (Owner’s Engineer) that will be responsible for ensuring that the EPC
contractor and all project participants comply with the highest health, safety, and environmental (HSE)
standards throughout the power plant project. Acting on behalf of the Owner, the HSE Manager
provides oversight, audits, and technical guidance to safeguard worker safety, environmental
protection, and regulatory compliance during the construction and commissioning phases.
Main Responsibilities:
· Act as the Owner’s representative for all HSE matters, providing leadership and direction across
the project.
· Review and approve the EPC contractor’s HSE plans, procedures, method statements, and risk
assessments.
· Monitor and audit the EPC contractor’s HSE performance to ensure compliance with project-
specific requirements, local regulations, and international standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001, ISO
14001).
· Conduct regular HSE inspections and audits at site, issue non-conformance reports, and follow
up on corrective actions.
· Participate in HSE meetings, toolbox talks, and incident investigation reviews.
· Interface with local authorities and regulatory bodies as required.
· Prepare and deliver HSE performance reports to the Owner’s Project Management Team
