Research Analysis: Conduct legal research, analyze regulatory/compliance updates, and summarize legal articles, publications, and judicial documents.
Case Support Fact-Finding: Perform legal checks and fact-finding for litigation (including small claims), commercial, and contractual issues.
Document Drafting: Draft letters, agreements, legal documents, presentations, and spreadsheets for training and corporate updates.
Compliance Coordination: Support overall compliance and privacy matters. Coordinate the internal distribution and implementation of legal practices and rules.
Requirements
Education: BA in Law (required). Additional degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Sociology is a plus.
Credentials: Bar admission is a must.
Languages: Fluent English (required).
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Word; ability to work with databases and corporate internal systems.
