Leveraging your deep understanding of market insights, you will transform data into impactful campaigns that support our business objectives. Your expertise in analysis and strategic thinking will be key in identifying local growth opportunities and mitigating potential risks.
From planning and executing marketing initiatives to evaluating their success, you will ensure that every activity-whether local campaigns, customer activations, or PR efforts-is optimized to strengthen our B2B presence and effectively engage customers across Israel.
Responsibilities:
Competitive analysis of the B2B landscape and changing dynamics- conducting in-market surveys, round tables, participation in conferences, and relevant forums.
Drive new potential consumers in-bounds and SDR via B2B communication tools (Linkedin campaigns, Meta, Google, Taboola).
Drive existing customer success and retention efforts- Build and execute creative communication plan (newsletters, notifications, presentations, leaflets, etc.) to existing corporate admins and end users via (writing and communicating new product features, special events, unique benefits and propositions, etc.).
Budget Ownership & media planning.
Brief agencies, plan, execute, and evaluate winning marketing activities, ensure they are consistent with brand positioning across all touchpoints, and drive 10bis corporate users base growth.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders- acting as a contact point and B2B landscape expert.
Own and maintain our B2B social media assets, driving brand presence, engagement, and content strategy across relevant platforms.
Reports to the Head of B2B Sales.
Your profile:
Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant working experience in B2B marketing (advantage from corporate wellbeing-related segments).
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business Administration or related field.

Excellent writing and communication skills. Fluent in Hebrew and English (written and spoken).
