our company, a publicly traded technology company (NASDAQ), is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Corporate Controller to join our team. This is a broad, hands-on role working closely within our finance team and reporting directly to the CFO. The position is initially for maternity leave coverage with a strong potential and clear horizon for long-term employment. Key Responsibilities
* Oversee financial reporting and day-to-day corporate accounting operations in compliance with US GAAP.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external advisors to support financial operations.
* Participate actively in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
* Manage internal financial controls, budget monitoring, and cash flow tracking.
* Utilize Priority ERP to execute and streamline accounting workflows and operational control.

* High fluency in English (written and verbal) for corporate communication.
* Strong teamwork skills, high accountability, and ability to multitask effectively
