We're hiring our first product designer to set the design direction for the whole platform – every product surface, every agent interaction, every moment a customer trusts the software to make a decision.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the design system and the product's overall visual and interaction language
Design AI-native interactions: citation chips, source previews, streaming responses, confirmation flows
Partner with engineering to ship high-craft features that hold up to real use on a jobsite
Build a research practice grounded in real customer time, not lab studies
Set the bar for craft as we hire more designers

6+ years of product design experience, including senior IC work on technical products
A portfolio that shows real craft and a real point of view
Comfort working closely with engineering and AI research
Confidence picking up a new domain – construction – and learning it deeply

Experience designing for technical or vertical industries
Design-system architecture experience
Familiarity with AI-native interaction patterns
6+ years of product design experience, including senior IC work on technical products
