Responsibilities
Provide hands-on and remote technical support to employees worldwide, troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, VPN, and end-user equipment issues.
Deploy, configure, maintain, and upgrade workstations, laptops, printers, meeting room systems (Zoom Rooms / Microsoft Teams), and office Wi-Fi infrastructure.
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including equipment preparation, account provisioning, access management, and system setup.
Administer user accounts and permissions across Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace environments.
Troubleshoot connectivity, networking, and VPN-related issues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Maintain and manage IT inventory, including hardware procurement, asset tracking, stock management, and vendor coordination.
Ensure technical readiness of office spaces, meeting rooms, and employee workstations.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with a patient, positive, and solution-oriented approach.
Strong ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users in a clear and approachable manner.
Fast learner with a proactive mindset and the ability to independently investigate and resolve unfamiliar technical issues.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
