Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain SW components for NAS, including file system management.
* Implement & optimize network file-sharing protocols (NFSv3/4, SMB/CIFS, S3).
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to performance, data integrity, and reliability through clustered env.
* Collaborate with QA, PM and other RnD groups (Core, UI /CLI, mgmt API, platform/HW).
* Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
* Improve code quality ( Python suites, code coverage, static analysis, memory leak detection).
* Contribute to system architecture decisions, especially around scalability, high availability, and fault tolerance.
* Monitor and improve system performance under high I/O and concurrent access conditions.
* Document technical designs, APIs, and operational procedures.
* 3-7 years of experience in coding with C ++
* BSc./B.A. in Computer Science /equivalent degree graduate.
* Strong problem-solving skills along with the ability to work independently.
* A team player with leading skills.
* Highly motivated with strong self-learning abilities.
* Ability to read and understand a large existing code-base.
* Strive to learn new things and gain experience. Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in server-side development.
* Experience in performance-oriented development.
* Familiarity with networking and networking protocols (TCP/IP).
* Experience with Python.
