n this position you will be monitoring our production environment, handling incidents, answering tickets escalated by our Tier1 / Tier2 support and troubleshooting different technical issues. Requirements:
Studying towards a degree in a technological field (1st year-2 student with at least 1.5 years remaining)
Availability to work 3 shifts or more per week including nights and weekends.
Strong technical and analytical skills.
Fast learner
High sense of responsibility and service-oriented
Good written communication skills (English and Hebrew)
