What Youll Do
Own the product vision and roadmap for our AI Machining Agent, from concept through launch and iteration.
Translate complex business, user, and manufacturing needs into clear product requirements and priorities.
Work hands-on with AI, algorithms, and software teams to define problems, design solutions, and deliver high-impact features.
Drive product discovery through user research, data analysis, and close collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.
Make fast, high-quality decisions in a dynamic and ambiguous environment, balancing short-term execution with long-term strategy.
Define success metrics, track product performance, and continuously iterate to improve outcomes.
Act as the voice of the product, aligning engineering, leadership, and go-to-market teams around a shared vision.
A product manager / system engineer who thrives in complex, technical domains and enjoys turning ambiguity into clarity.
Comfortable working closely with engineers and domain experts. Able to hold meaningful conversations about technical trade-offs.
Driven by impact and ownership, with a strong bias toward execution and delivering real value to users.
