We're looking for a Senior Algorithm Developer with a strong algorithmic background in both classical and deep learning methods.
What Youll Do
Develop, release and improve algorithms and models for recommending the best machining operations that balance customer valued KPIs such as machining time, machining tolerances and tool wear.
Dive deep into the CNC machining domain to cultivate intuition to inform your algorithm development decisions.
Collaborate with the Product team to discover and drive improvements in our human-AI interface.
Own your models in production. Validate your solutions against real-world machining scenarios and customer parts.
Research novel approaches to continuously improve our core technology.
Requirements:
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics or a related field
5+ years of hands-on experience in training and evaluating models.
Experience in releasing and monitoring your models in production environments.
Ability to reason about 3D geometry, machining tolerances, and manufacturing constraints
