About the Role
Plan, designed, and conducted UX research using various research methods, including usability testing, in-depth interviews, focus groups, surveys, and data analysis
Drive changes by translating research findings into actionable insights and recommendations for product and leadership teams, through written reports, in-person presentations, and hands-on collaboration
Work with Stakeholders, Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to prioritize research opportunities and scope in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Manage research operations, including participant recruitment, screening, and scheduling
Partner with the research team to integrate insights, and find creative ways to increase customer empathy and user-centered approaches within the organization
Implement a user-centered approach of guidance, education, and hand-holding within our product flows
M.A./M.Sc. in a relevant field (Psychology, Human-Factors Engineering, etc.)
Professional experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods
English speaker mother-tongue level
Ability to collaborate with a wide set of stakeholders including designers, product managers, and software developers
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas to their essence
Ability to multitask and prioritize projects in a fast-paced work environment
Flexibility in working hours (to enable research sessions with US-based users)
