Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end product design process of our mobile apps and web platforms, from ideation to production, ensuring a user-centered and data-driven approach.
Create user-centered design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that communicate product functionality and aesthetics effectively.
Work closely with product managers and engineers, to gather requirements, set design goals, and create design briefs.
Translate complex concepts and requirements into intuitive and functional design solutions using industry-leading design tools and techniques.
Work with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of designs while considering technical constraints.
Conduct user research, and market analysis to gain insights into user behaviors, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.

Bachelor's degree in design, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
5+ years experience as a product designer, with a strong portfolio of mobile and web applications.
Expert proficiency in Figma.
Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present design ideas and concepts.
Passion for staying up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry innovations.
