Job description
The System Admin Team Leader (Hand-on) is responsible for managing and operating the organization's technological infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, endpoint devices, etc. This role ensures the availability, performance, and security of the infrastructure while supporting critical business operations.
This is a key role within the organization, requiring strong technical and analytical skills, as well as the ability to plan and execute complex technology projects and maintain the smooth operation of the company’s information systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Team management and project management. Managing RFPs, proposals, building scope and requirements.
• Managing suppliers: work, methodologies, etc.
• Server and Network Management: Installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers and network systems. Monitoring performance and troubleshooting issues.
• Information Security: Implementing and managing cybersecurity policies. Protecting infrastructure from cyber threats and managing security systems.
• Storage and Backup Management: Designing, installing, and managing data storage systems. Performing regular backups and restores. Ensuring data availability in accordance with organizational policies.
• Infrastructure Projects and Upgrades: Planning and executing infrastructure upgrade projects, including backup, storage, and network.
• Technical Support and Teamwork: Working as part of the infrastructure and technical support team. Providing advanced system and cybersecurity-level technical support.
