Systematics is currently hiring a Senior Sales Director to lead our GIS solutions sales team and large accounts sales – both Enterprise team and SMB team- with the purpose of the company’s strategic goals.
Full responsibility for revenues of the business unit: meeting monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets and driving revenue growth.
• Work with Marketing to ensure consistent lead generation.
• Manage day-to-day performance of all sales and Inside sales team.
• Business development: expanding the portfolio of services and products, expanding
collaborations with business partners.
• Ongoing business and professional relationships with the software vendors and
integrators.
• Defining and implementing pricing strategy (e.g. responding to RFPs)
• Managing the funnel of sales opportunities and Key Performance Indicators
Work with organizational CRM and BI systems.
Role Requirements:
• Typically requires >15 years sales experience in the software industry with >5 years in an executive sales management position successful managing sales team, achieving aggressive targets and significant growth rate.
• Selling enterprise systems and integration services in the government, defense,
infrastructure municipal and high-tech segments – mandatory.
• Familiarity with the Israeli IT market – mandatory
Excellent customer-facing skills.
• B.A in a related field- a MUST (preferably in GIS, Industrial Engineering, geoinformatics , Master's degree in computer science or business administration).
