A fast-growing digital agency is looking for a Head of PPC who's ready to lead the department and take it to the next level !
In this role, you will oversee diverse advertising budgets for local and global companies to manage social handles and paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, etc. in order to drive sales and growth that maximize ROIs and reach the client’s KPIs .

Key Responsibilities :
• Manage and oversee the entire team's activity and operations from A-to-Z
• Make the PPC a "top-notch" full-service team.
• Work closely with the company's Biz Dev team in order to generate new leads/clients
• Step-by-step, assemble a team of hard-working dedicated professionals .
• Constantly learn and acquire new capabilities (e.g., new platforms) on the go, get highly trained, and add to the department's skills set, so we can use them a service we provide for our customers or for our own use .
• Build, manage, and scale paid campaigns on various channels such as Facebook, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.
• Constantly improve conversion performance by A/B testing ad copy and creative type .
• Provide regular reports and analyses of campaign performance .
• Develop new ads and landing pages concepts in collaboration with the creative team to later optimize them for higher conversion .
• Create and maintain testing plans across all campaigns, including copy, bidding, and landing pages.
• Communicate directly with clients and convey their needs to the team in order to create a tailored marketing strategy
Requirements:
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in PPC campaigns and social assets management, must
• Experience with Facebook & FB Ads / Instagram & IG Ads / Google Ads / LinkedIn & LI Ads / Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager

• The office is based in Tel Aviv, workdays Sunday to Thursday.
