Project Manager / Release Manager  

Description:
The Project Manager oversees the coordination and administration of all aspects of an ongoing Project
·        Responsible for project from its inception to final customer acceptance and production rollout.
·        Responsible for Scope management, work plans, scheduling, resource allocation and all communications with the relevant groups.
·        Responsible for managing risks, complex problems, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors.
·        Responsible for the quality of project deliverables.
·        Coordinate Project/Release problem trouble-shooting and resolution.
·       Coordinate with all functions in order to accomplish a successful delivery.
·       Prepare and maintain relevant reports, dashboards pertaining to planning process and actual vs plan monitoring
·       Expected to manage reporting requests and have a keen understanding of priorities and milestones
·       Analyze data and drive process improvement to support status reports on either detailed and high level granularity
 
 
 Requirements:

·        4-5 years of experience as a project manager for complex projects
·        Excellent verbal and written English
·        Great interpersonal skills
·        Experience with R&D projects
·        Ability to lead and monitor cross-company processes
·       Able to work under pressure & manage multiple tasks
·       A team player who understands that collaboration is the key to success
·        Technical background
·        Knowledge in R&D release process
·       Excellent Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
·       Familiar with Agile methodology + JIRA – advantage
