Key Responsibilities:
Mange our recruiting team.
Utilize various sourcing methods (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.) to identify and engage with top technical candidates.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and maintaining communication with candidates.
Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, provide updates, and ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process.
Continuously improve recruitment strategies, tools, and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Maintain accurate candidate records and generate reports on recruitment metrics.
